About Mooshka

 

Mooshka, a Vegan soul food restaurant based in Amsterdam. They serve authentic plant based African, Caribbean and Southern dishes, without changing cultural heritage of the dish.

When starting their business Mooshka’s mission was to make people aware that plant based food could be very flavourful. Their diverse menu offers clean, healthy food, which will leave you full and knowing that it is possible to enjoy Caribbean and African food without animal products.
